It is a vehicle-mounted warning device compliant with European ECE R65 standards, specifically designed for special vehicle warning requirements. The product strictly follows both GB13954-2009 and GB8108-2014 national standards, achieving comprehensive upgrades in material craftsmanship, heat dissipation performance, and audio-visual warning configuration.
The product features an aluminum alloy main structure as its core highlight, combining excellent mechanical strength with high heat dissipation efficiency. Equipped with a built-in siren speaker, it realizes integrated audio and visual warning. Optical Layout and Flash Control
To achieve maximum illumination coverage, the lightbar adopts a scientifically optimized circular internal layout.
This design ensures 360° horizontal coverage without blind spots.
Through a microcontroller-based control circuit, the lightbar provides a stable flash frequency of 2–4 Hz and supports custom multi-level programs, enabling precise control of each LED module’s operating status. This enhances signal recognition in complex environments and helps surrounding vehicles and personnel respond quickly, maximizing operational safety.

The rated voltage is DC 9V / DC 30V, making it compatible with various special vehicle power systems without additional modification.
The product is equipped with 10A / 15A fuses, a 6.3 × 6 cm connector, and a negative-ground mounting bracket design. It supports a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +50°C, ensuring stable performance under extreme climate and working conditions.
Aluminum Alloy Housing Performance
The upper and lower housing structures are made of high-quality aluminum alloy, providing excellent compression resistance, impact resistance, and weather resistance. The housing can withstand 60 kg of pressure without fatigue deformation.

The design emphasizes both practicality and convenience.
The lightbar can be quickly mounted on the vehicle roof using mounting brackets or magnetic bases (short models). Power is directly connected to the vehicle power system without additional power equipment.
Controller selection is flexible, and other controller types can be optionally matched as needed. The control switches for audio and visual signals can be conveniently installed inside the vehicle cabin, allowing drivers to adjust modes according to operational requirements and improving overall efficiency.
